Cupra teases first all-electric model

Cupra is preparing to reveal the A-SUVe, a concept previewing its first pure-electric model, at the 2019 Frankfurt motor show. The sub-brand of Seat is promising the production A-SUVe will be the "first road Cupra to use a 100 per cent electric powertrain" when it launches. Although it's an SUV, the plug-in crossover will launch with a style-focused sloping roofline. The teaser doesn't give much away, but the car's profile clearly shares plenty with the BMW X4 or Mercedes GLC Coupe.
