Electric vehicle start-up Lordstown Motors on the verge of bankruptcy, new SEC filing reveals – UPDATE: CEO and CFO resign

UPDATE, 15 June 2021: Lordstown Motors' top two executives – CEO Steve Burns and CFO Julio Rodriguez – have resigned, the embattled company revealed overnight. Existing Director Angela Strand will reportedly stand in as executive chairwoman until a permanent CEO is appointed Meanwhile, Becky Roof – who, according to Linkedin, is the managing director of consultancy firm AlixPartners – will serve as interim CFO.
