2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE recalled with potential dashboard and airbag fault

Mercedes-Benz Australia has recalled eight examples of its 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE SUV, citing a potential fault with the dashboard that could cause the airbags to malfunction. The affected vehicles were sold between 6 January 2020 and 22 September 2020 (Model Year 2020). The recall notice, lodged with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), says: “The dashboard may not have been bonded together properly.”
