2019-20 Mercedes-AMG GT53 recalled for wheel hub cover fault

Mercedes-Benz Australia has recalled 15 examples of the 2019-20 Mercedes-AMG GT53. According to the recall notice lodged with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), "the wheel hub covers may not have been manufactured correctly and may detach from the wheel hub. "If the wheel hub [cover] detaches while driving, it may impact other vehicles or road users or result in an increased risk of accident or injury."
