Huawei unveils its first car: The 2021 Seres SF5

Chinese telecommunications giant Huawei has unveiled its first car. Huawei pulled the wraps off a partnership with automotive brand Seres at the 2021 Shanghai motor show, with its first car, the freshly-updated Seres SF5, to be sold and marketed by Huawei throughout its stores in China. A joint development between Huawei and Seres, the range-topping SF5's two electric motors develop 405kW and 820Nm, with a 1.5-litre four-cylinder engine acting as a range-extending generator.
