E-motorsports set to feature in the Olympic Games

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has announced the inaugural Olympic Virtual Series will include motorsport as part of its push to embrace e-sports under its charter as well as engaging a new, more youthful audience. Scheduled to take place ahead of the Tokyo Olympics later this year, the Olympic Virtual Series (OVS) will encompass five e-sports, with motorsport set to feature alongside baseball, cycling, rowing and sailing.
