Rare 1974 Holden Torana L34 SL/R 5000 listed for sale, more than $750,000 expected

A rare 1974 Holden Torana L34 SL/R 5000 has been listed for sale, with price expectations "in excess of $750,000." The high-performance L34 variant was a homologation special introduced by Holden two years after scrapping the originally planned V8-powered Torana during the infamous "supercar scare" of 1972. It went on to win the Bathurst 1000 on two occasions. This example is one of just 263 built.
