2021 Volkswagen Golf Wagon price and specs: Australian launch in July for tech-laden small wagon

Australian pricing and specification details for the 2021 Volkswagen Golf Wagon have been announced, ahead of its local arrival in July. The more practical, long-roof sibling to the eighth-generation Volkswagen Golf hatch – which arrives in May – the new Golf wagon brings an evolutionary exterior design, an overhauled cabin, new technology and a new automatic transmission. However, the changes come at a cost, with price rises of up to $4960 over the outgoing Mk7.5 model.
