Land Rover sells one millionth Range Rover Sport

Jaguar Land Rover has sold its one millionth Range Rover Sport,16 years after the popular model was launched. The low-slung SUV sits below the standard Range Rover in the line-up, and above the Range Rover Velar and entry-level Range Rover Evoque. The Range Rover Sport made its debut in 2005, and was based on the Range Stormer concept released a year prior (below). The second-generation variant – currently in production – came onto the market in 2013, and underwent a facelift in 2018.
