Kia's Hummer rival: Light Tactical Cargo Truck military concept unveiled

South Korean car maker Kia has unveiled a Hummer rival. The military vehicle was shown at the 2021 International Defence Exhibition & Conference (IDEX) in the United Arab Emirates. Dubbed the Kia Light Tactical Cargo Truck, the concept has been developed in collaboration with South Korea’s Defence Acquisition Program Administration. The multi-purpose vehicle is powered by a 168kW diesel engine, with power sent to all four wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission.
