2021 Hyundai Kona Electric joins NSW Police demo fleet

The Hyundai Kona Electric joined the NSW Police fleet this week, becoming the first all-electric vehicle to be employed by Australian law enforcement authorities. Loaned to the NSW Police Force by Hyundai for a 12-month trial, the Kona Electric will be based out of Penrith Police Station in Sydney's west, with operations to occur within the Nepean Area Command region.
