Tesla to increase production by 17 per cent this quarter – report

Tesla is reportedly hoping to increase its production output this quarter by 17 per cent in an effort to produce 500,000 vehicles by the end of 2020, according to a leaked email from the company's CEO, Elon Musk. In the email, obtained by website Electrek, Musk reportedly tells employees at the electric vehicle maker to "take whatever steps you can to improve output".
