2020 Ford Escape awarded five-star safety rating

The 2020 Ford Escape will hit showrooms next month, and buyers can now be assured the all-new SUV offers some of the highest levels of safety available. The independent Australasian New Car Assessment Program (ANCAP) awarded the Escape a five-star safety rating off data provided by partner Euro NCAP, scoring favourably with adult occupant protection (92 per cent), child occupant protection (89 per cent), vulnerable road user protection (82 per cent), and safety assists (77 per cent).
