Ford Australia rules out fixed-pricing "agency" sales model

The new boss of Ford Australia has ruled out a shift to a fixed-pricing "agency" sales model, which Honda is poised to do next year and Mercedes will adopt from 2022. Ford Australia boss Andrew Birkic (pictured below) told media during a roundtable conference this week the company was committed to strengthening its existing dealer network.
