Volkswagen Polo recalled due to leaking fuel injectors

Volkswagen Australia has issued a recall of 67 examples of its model-year 2019-2020 three-cylinder Polo hatchback due to an issue involving leaking fuel injectors. The recall notice, lodged with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), says the faulty injectors "may leak fuel into the engine when the vehicle is turned off for an extended period of time". The leaking injectors may result in vehicles exceeding emissions standards when next driven.
