BMW, Kia, and Hyundai sweep US customer surveys

The annual J.D. Power survey for quality and appeal has named BMW, Kia, and Hyundai as the best car makers, according to US motorists. Two owner studies were conducted, determining the quality of the vehicle and the overall appeal. The results follow the research firm's 'dependability' study in February 2020, in which Hyundai's luxury arm Genesis took the honours.
