2018-2019 Mercedes-AMG G63 recalled due to child-lock symbol

Mercedes-Benz Australia has issued a recall for 361 examples of its AMG G63 wagon with Model Years from 2018 to 2019 (MY18-MY19) due to an incorrect child safety lock symbol. The recall notice, lodged with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), says the incorrectly embossed symbol "may result in a misinterpretation of the locking status of the child safety lock".
