1997 Toyota Supra selling for nearly twice as much as a new one

A pristine, limited-edition 1997 Toyota Supra has gone up for sale in Tennessee with an asking price nearly double that of a brand-new 2020 Toyota Supra available in the US. The fourth-generation Supra – more commonly referred to as the ‘Mk4’ – is being offered by Street Side Classics in Nashville with an asking price of $US92,995 ($AU133,000). By comparison, a brand new, fifth-generation Toyota Supra is priced from as low as US$49,990 (AU$71,100) in the US.
