New evidence supports Carlos Ghosn's conspiracy claim – report

Emails dating back to February 2018 may have exposed moves by Nissan executives to dethrone the CEO of the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance, CEO Carlos Ghosn, to stop Nissan being merged with the conglomerate, according to news agency Bloomberg. The series of emails allegedly show senior Nissan executives plotting the removal of Ghosn, and has been corroborated by those with inside knowledge of the plot, the report claims.
