2021 Toyota Yaris: Australia’s cheapest car with centre airbag, hybrid option

The 2021 Toyota Yaris will be the cheapest car on sale in Australia with a centre airbag between the two front seats – and the option of hybrid power – as advanced safety trickles down to one of the most affordable models on the market. At the moment, the only new car on sale in Australia with a centre airbag is the $200,000 Audi A8 limousine, although others will soon follow.
