Audi A1, A3 and TT recalled for transmission fault, 10,000 cars affected

Audi Australia has issued a recall for 10,373 examples of its A1, A3 and TT sports coupe due to potentially faulty seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmissions that were previously dismissed as not requiring repairs. Affected models include 2011-2016 model-year A1 small hatchback (pictured below), 2008-2016 model-year A3 mid size car (pictured above) and the 2012-2016 model-year TT sports car.
