2019 Mercedes-Benz VS20 Vito recalled due to incorrect head restraints

Mercedes-Benz Australia has issued a recall of 14 of its model-year 2019 VS20 Vito vans affected by an incorrectly-fitted head restraint. Affected vehicles were sold between 2 December 2019 to 31 January 2020. Lodged with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), the defect relates to incorrect head restraints being fitted to the vehicle’s rear bench seat.
