Porsche Cayman GT4, Boxster Spyder to gain PDK option this year - report

Porsche will have a dual-clutch transmission ready for the 718 Cayman GT4 and Boxster Spyder by the end of 2020, according to reports from Europe. Evo Magazine says the PDK GT4 twins will join the six-speed manual this year, becoming the first motorsports Cayman or Boxster to get an automatic transmission in the process. The first Cayman GT4 was manual-only, unlike its 911 GT3 bigger brother, while the current-generation car has launched with a manual as the only option.
