Lotus Evija almost production-ready, still a maybe for Australia

As the Evija enters its final stage of testing, Lotus Australia continues its efforts to get the $3 million electric hypercar here. First unveiled in 2019, the Evija will be the first fully-electric hypercar car to come out of Britain and the Lotus stable. The Aston Martin Valkyrie rival is set to begin production at Lotus’s new manufacturing facility in Hethel, Great Britain, in mid-2020.
