Recall roundup: Mazda, Volvo, BMW

A number of models have suffered recalls in this first month of 2020, including examples from Mazda, Volvo and BMW. The new-generation Mazda3 is the subject of two recalls in January. The first, affecting 13,768 examples of the popular small car, involves its autonomous emergency braking system. The system may incorrectly detect an object in front of the vehicle, forcing the car to brake unnecessarily.
