GMC Hummer EV pickup confirmed, will have monster power output

Overnight GM confirmed its first-ever electric pickup truck will officially be known as the GMC Hummer EV. The automaker also revealed the new Hummer will be available with a 746kW (1000hp) and 15,592Nm electric drivetrain. This, presumably, multi-motor all-wheel drive electric drivetrain is capable of propelling the truck from 0-60mph (0-97km/h) in roughly 3 seconds.
