2018-19 Mercedes-Benz SL recalled

Mercedes-Benz Australia has recalled the 2018-19 SL, over concerns the front passenger airbag may not have been sewn correctly. According to the company, the front passenger airbag mightn't have been sewn in accordance with company specifications. If the airbag is triggered, there could be a a crack in the seam of the airbag, potentially impacting its ability to restrain the passenger in an accident. A total of four cars are included in the campaign – a VIN list is attached here.
