2020 Toyota Ultra-Compact BEV unveiled

The new Toyota Ultra-Compact EV, which will be displayed at the 2019 Tokyo motor show later this month, is one of the first vehicles from the company's pivot toward electric cars, with 10 EVs now due by the early 2020s. At just 2490mm long, 1290mm wide, and 1550mm tall, Toyota's new electric car certainly earns its "ultra-compact" tag. To put it into context, the Ultra-Compact BEV is 205mm shorter and 373mm narrower than the Smart ForTwo currently available in Europe.
