2019 Audi A6 & A7 recalled

Audi Australia has recalled the 2019 model-year A6 and A7 over concerns the passenger airbag "does not meet the applicable standard". The German luxury marque reports internal testing has shown the balance of trigger times between the belt pretensioner and passenger airbag is not up to specification. "This may increase the risk of injury to vehicle occupants on the passenger side of the vehicle during the deployment of the passenger airbag," Audi says in its recall notice.
