2018 Renault Trafic recalled

Renault Australia has recalled the 2018 Trafic van, over concerns the parking brake cable isn't manufactured to specification. According to the company, the cable could make the parking brake fail. If the issue occurs, it could cause injury to the car's occupants or other road users. A total of 907 vans are affected by the issue – a VIN list is attached here. Renault will contact owners of the affected vehicles and advise them to organise a free fix with their nearest dealer.
