Mitsubishi teases Tokyo-bound concept

Mitsubishi has teased a plug-in hybrid crossover concept ahead of its debut at next month’s Tokyo motor show. The company has said the concept will showcase “a downsized, lower-weight PHEV drivetrain and an electric 4WD system” and that it’ll be a small SUV. That means it’ll be smaller than this year’s Engelberg concept (below), a PHEV SUV that previewed the next Outlander.
