2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE, CLA, C-Class, E-Class and S-Class recalled

Mercedes-Benz has recalled the 2019 GLE, CLA, C-Class, E-Class and S-Class over concerns about the brake assist software. According to the company, an issue with the active brake assist software could make one of the radar sensor control units fail. If the radar sensor unit fails, braking assist mightn't activate in a collision, increasing the risk of injury to occupants and other road users. A total of 675 cars have been included in the campaign – a VIN list is attached here.
