2017-18 Volkswagen T6 Multivan recalled

Volkswagen has recalled the 2017-18 'T6' Multivan over concerns about the electric doors and bootlid. According to the company, water could get into the interior of short-wheelbase T6 models with an electric bootlid and sliding doors, and run into their control unit. If water gets in, there's a risk of an incomplete short-circuit with local heat damage. If the doors, windows or sunroof are open, there's also a risk of fire.
