Toyota recalls MY19 hybrid models for brake fix

Toyota Australia has issued a recall for hybrid versions of the Camry, Corolla, Prius and RAV4 produced between April 2019 and May 2019. "In the subject vehicles, there is a possibility components of the electronic brake booster pump assembly may have been manufactured improperly," the company says. "In some cases, the brake booster pump may stop operating. If this occurs, multiple warning lights and messages could illuminate on the instrument panel and audible chimes could sound."
