Subaru recalls several models for ignition switch fix

Subaru Australia has issued a recall for a number of older-generation models to replace potentially faulty ignition switches installed between 17 February 2017 and 14 April 2019. According to the Japanese brand, vehicles fitted with the affected component could have “imperfections” in the switch’s ball springs, which could see the key position switch from ON to ACC position while the vehicle is in motion.
