Nissan builds 10 millionth vehicle in Sunderland

Nissan has celebrated a production milestone at its Sunderland facility in the UK, with the ten millionth vehicle rolling down the production line. The plant has been in operation for 33 years, making it the fastest car factory in Britain to reach the ‘landmark figure’, averaging a rate of one car every two minutes since 1986.
