2018-19 Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace recalled

Volkswagen Australia has recalled the 2018-19 Tiguan Allspace, over concerns regarding an issue with the rear springs. According to the company, a certain material used in a 'limited production period' for the rear springs wasn't approved. As a result, there's a risk a rear coil spring will break and damage the rear tyres. If the spring does break and damage the tyres, there's a risk the driver will lose control and cause an accident.
