Ferrari wins International Engine of the Year

Ferrari has once again taken out International Engine of the Year, beating Jaguar's all-electric powertrain and Mercedes-AMG's ubiquitous V8 for the honour. It's the fourth year in a row Ferrari has won the award, a feat that's never been achieved before. Ford won three years running with its 1.0-litre EcoBoost three-cylinder engine, so back-to-back awards aren't unheard of, but it's an impressive achievement for the folks in Maranello nonetheless.
