Lotus Type 130 hypercar teased, but there's already much to know

It's not hard to make jokes about Lotus. Older readers might remember the acronym that the British sportscar brand's shonky build quality earned it in the 1970s and 80s: Lots Of Trouble, Usually Serious. It was a phrase later turned to summarise the company's frequent crises and revolving door management changes. In recent years trouble peaked with the unravelling of Dany Bahar's grandiose plans, announced at the 2010 Paris Motor Show, to launch no fewer than seven all-new models.
