2019 Kia Carnival recalled

Kia has recalled the 2019 Carnival, over concerns about its second-row seatbelt arrangement. According to the company, the seatbelt buckle for the middle second-row seat might have been installed on the wrong side. If that's the case, occupants won't be able to buckle their belt. Obviously, not wearing a seatbelt correctly greatly increases an occupant's risk of injury or death in an accident. A total of 150 cars are included – a VIN list is attached here.
