Volkswagen Amarok: 83 per cent of sales are V6 models

Volkswagen Australia has detailed the sales split of its Amarok ute range this week, with more than 83 per cent of overall sales being high-spec V6 variants. In 2018 the company sold 9290 Amaroks in Australia, with 7739 of those being V6 models – an 83.3 per cent share. That's more than the Amarok's largest market and country of origin, Argentina, where 3931 of the overall 18,201 Amaroks sold last year were V6 versions.
