Toyota C-HR EV could be headed to Europe in 2021

The boss of Toyota Europe has confirmed plans to introduce the brand's first all-electric vehicle in the region by 2021, which will likely be an SUV or van. Speaking with industry journal Automotive News Europe, CEO for Toyota Europe, Johan van Zyl, indicated the upcoming electric version of the C-HR crossover bound for China in 2020 could be a strong possibility. "It’s something that can be looked at," he told the publication. "We would like to have something in place by 2021."
