2020 Hyundai Venue: New crossover's name confirmed

Hyundai has confirmed the name of its upcoming sub-Kona SUV – Venue. Straying from its usual strategy of naming its crossover models after popular holiday destinations in the American region (Kona, Tucson, Santa Fe and Palisade), the company says 'Venue' references "a place where people want to be seen, or in this case, inside the vehicle". Just a single image of the new model's rear badging has been distributed, showing 'Venue' script across the tailgate like the larger Palisade.
