2017-19 Alfa Romeo Stelvio and Giulia recalled

Alfa Romeo has recalled the Stelvio and Giulia, over concerns about the adaptive cruise control system. According to the company, some cars fitted with adaptive cruise control mightn't allow the driver to cancel in "very specific driving conditions". In some circumstances, the car could unexpectedly accelerate with adaptive cruise activated. If the driver doesn't apply the brakes, there's an increased risk of accident or injury, both for the driver and other road users.
