Renault Captur range gains 1.3L turbo engine

Renault has added the 1.3-litre turbocharged petrol engine from last year's S-Edition to the wider Captur range, replacing the existing 1.2-litre turbo engine option. With 110kW of power and 250Nm of torque, the new four-pot is 22kW and 60Nm punchier than the existing turbo engine. The engine was developed alongside Mercedes-Benz, and is shared with the latest A-Class.
