Ford F-Series, Transit to gain pure electric versions

Ford has confirmed it's planning to create pure-electric versions of its legendary F-Series pickup truck, which will sit alongside a plug-in Transit. Speaking at the Deutsche Bank Global Auto Industry Conference, CEO Jim Hackett told attendees the company is "going to electrifying the F-Series with battery electric and hybrid, and we are doing the same for Transit".
