Nissan GT-R50 confirmed for production

The Nissan GT-R50 has confirmed for a limited production run of just 50 cars. Designed by ItalDesign in Turin, the GT-R50 serves to celebrate the 50th birthday of the both design house, founded in 1968, and the GT-R nameplate, which went into production with the 1969 Skyline GT-R sedan. The Japanese automaker says the production car's exterior "virtually unchanged" from the concept car that made its debut at this year's Goodwood Festival of Speed.
