Audi e-tron to gain new performance, entry-level drivetrains - report

The Audi e-tron crossover will reportedly gain new entry-level and performance variants, bolstering the current standalone model. Top Gear understands Audi is working on drivetrain options to top and tail the e-tron crossover range, with the entry-level model due on sale by the end of 2019. It's believed the entry-level e-tron will retain the current model's twin-motor setup, but with both reduced power output and a smaller battery pack.
