2021 Jaguar F-Type could go electric - report

The next-generation Jaguar F-Type could become a two-seat all-electric sports car to rival the upcoming Tesla Roadster. Autocar understands the British car maker is evaluating whether the next-generation F-Type should be designed as a pure electric vehicle. Under the electric-only proposal, the company's designers would have the most scope to recall the classic proportions of the venerated E-Type, and would fit with plans being discussed to turn Jaguar into an all-electric marque.
