Kia Stinger: Sunset Yellow resprays halfway done

Kia Australia has completed around 50 per cent of the resprays promised to customers with defective Sunset Yellow paint, having announced the program in July. The paint contains an oil that undermines its long-term durability, making it more likely to crack from stone chips and other day-to-day wear. A total of 71 customers were affected by the issue locally, with Kia offering a full respray and a lifetime paint warranty to owners who really like the colour.
